目的：探讨中药药浴治疗银屑病的疗效。方法将138例银屑病患者随机分为2组，对照组69例给予西医治疗，观察组69例在对照组基础上加用中药外洗，治疗2个月后比较2组临床疗效和生活质量评分的差异。结果与对照组比较，观察组的总有效率明显提高（ P＜0.05），各项生活质量评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05），复发率明显降低（P＜0.05）。结论中药外洗治疗银屑病疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토중약약욕치료은설병적료효。방법장138례은설병환자수궤분위2조，대조조69례급여서의치료，관찰조69례재대조조기출상가용중약외세，치료2개월후비교2조림상료효화생활질량평분적차이。결과여대조조비교，관찰조적총유효솔명현제고（ P＜0.05），각항생활질량평분균우우대조조（P＜0.05），복발솔명현강저（P＜0.05）。결론중약외세치료은설병료효학절，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine external washing in the treatment of psori‐asis.Methods 138 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups.69 cases in the control group re‐ceived routine western medicine treatment.69 cases in the observation group received Chinese medicine external washing.The clinical effect and life quality score were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher and the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile ,the life quality score of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine external washing is effective in the treatment of psoriasis and it is worthy of further promotion of clinical application.
