采用聚氨酯单体4,4'-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)对埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)进行表面接枝改性,并将改性后的埃洛石(m-HNTs)加入到聚氨酯(PU)基体中制备了 m-HNTs/PU 纳米复合材料,研究m-HNTs在PU中的分散情况,以及对PU基体的力学性能、热稳定性的影响。结果表明,m-HNTs均匀分布在PU基体中,并在添加量为3,%时力学性能最佳,其复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率较纯PU分别增加了120%,320%,同时极大提高了PU的热稳定性。

In this research,the surface grafting modification of halloysites nanotubes (HNTs) was conducted with 4, 4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI). The m-HNTs/PU nanocomposite was prepared by embedding the modified hallo-ysites(m-HNTs)into polyurethane (PU)matrix. And then a study was conducted on the dispersion of m-HNTs in PU and on the effects of m-HNTs on the mechanical property of PU matrix and thermal stability. The results showed that m-HNTs were dispersed uniformly in the PU matrix. When the addition of m-HNTs was 3%,the m-HNTs/PU nanocomposites got the best mechanical property. Compared with pure PU,the tensile strength and elongation of at break of the nanocomposite increased by 120%and 320%respectively.In addition,m-HNTs greatly improved the thermal stability of the PU.
