针对文丘里除尘塔涂层耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐冲刷磨损的要求，查阅资料选出合适的喷涂方法及涂层材料。采用电弧喷涂方法制备了NiCr涂层，研究了涂层的结合强度、硬度、涂层成分、摩擦性能和耐高温性能。分析结果显示， NiCr合金涂层性能满足要求。
針對文丘裏除塵塔塗層耐高溫、耐腐蝕、耐遲刷磨損的要求，查閱資料選齣閤適的噴塗方法及塗層材料。採用電弧噴塗方法製備瞭NiCr塗層，研究瞭塗層的結閤彊度、硬度、塗層成分、摩抆性能和耐高溫性能。分析結果顯示， NiCr閤金塗層性能滿足要求。

In order to meet the requirements of high temperature resistance, anticorrosion and erosion resistance for the inner coating of Ventri Scrubber, the appropriate spray method and coating material were selected through checking references. The NiCr coating was prepared by using electrical arc spraying. The bond strength, hardness, composition and high temperature resistance of the coating layer were studied in this article. It was shown in the results that NiCr alloy coating is satisfactory to all the requirements.
