组织学生到酒店顶岗实习是高校培养旅游管理本科酒店方向应用型人才的实践教学环节。在这一环节中,学生、酒店、学校三方是利益相关者,有着各自的利益诉求。但在各自“利益最大化”原则的指导下,三方存在利益冲突,造成了不同程度的不满意。本文系统分析各利益相关者的不满意状况,在此基础上,提出相应的改善策略,为实现顶岗实习三方共赢提供参考。

Organizing students to internship in hotels is an important step during higher education teaching proce-dure in trainingˊ practical skills of students whose major is tourism management. In this part, students, hotels and schools are stakeholders, with each having their own needs of interests. However,under the guidance of Self-interest Maximization Principle, the three sides have interest conflicts and create different levels of unsatisfactory feelings. This paper will systematically analyze the unsatisfactory situation of stakeholders so as to propose corresponding strategies for improvement, thus providing references for tripartite win-win situation among the three shareholders.
