目的：探讨正常高值血压人群在健康教育干预下的护理效果。方法：正常高值血压人群220例，随机分为观察组和对照组各110例。对照组给予常规高血压护理干预，观察组在对照组护理基础上给予健康教育干预，比较两组的效果。结果：观察组受试者在疾病认知、改善生活行为方面所占比例均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组干预后收缩压和舒张压分别与对照组干预后比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对正常高值血压人群给予健康教育护理干预，能明显提高正常高值血压人群对疾病的认知率，有助于其形成健康的生活方式，降低高血压的发生率。

목적：탐토정상고치혈압인군재건강교육간예하적호리효과。방법：정상고치혈압인군220례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각110례。대조조급여상규고혈압호리간예，관찰조재대조조호리기출상급여건강교육간예，비교량조적효과。결과：관찰조수시자재질병인지、개선생활행위방면소점비례균고우대조조(P＜0.05)。관찰조간예후수축압화서장압분별여대조조간예후비교，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대정상고치혈압인군급여건강교육호리간예，능명현제고정상고치혈압인군대질병적인지솔，유조우기형성건강적생활방식，강저고혈압적발생솔。
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of health education for normal high blood pressure group.Methods:220 patients with normal high blood pressure were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 110 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional hypertension nursing intervention.The observation group were given health education intervention on the basis of the control group.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the proportion of subjects in the disease awareness and improvement of the behavior of life were higher than the control group(P<0.05).We compared systolic and diastolic blood pressure after intervention of the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education nursing intervention for normal high blood pressure group can improve the cognition rate of normal high blood pressure group for hypertension obviously,and it can help to form a healthy lifestyle and reduce the incidence of hypertension.
