简单介绍国内外焦炉煤气甲烷化技术,对甲烷化合成工段应用流程模拟软件Pro-Ⅱ进行简单模拟计算,针对管程压力大于壳程压力这一特殊工艺条件,开发设计了一种新型特殊管板结构的废热锅炉设备,采用1/8实际结构的三维模型,应用ANSYS对挠性薄管板进行耦合场(温度场和应力场)分析设计。基于温度场分布、结构应力强度和水循环特性分析,开发的该甲烷化废热锅炉设备完全满足现场运行的要求,并能够避免金属粉末化这一特殊现象。

The technology of coal gas methanation for coke furnace used at home and abroad was introduced in this article. By using?simulation?software?Pro-II,?the?simulative?calculation?for?methanation?synthesis?process?was?performed.?For?a?special?working?condition under which the pressure in tube side is greater than that in shell side, one waste heat boiler with new tubesheet structure was?developed.?Using?ANSYS?and?the?model?of?1/8?actual?structure,?the?stress?field?coupling?with?the?temperature?field?was?analyzed.?The?new?boiler?equipment,?which?is?developed?based?on?the?analysis?for?the?characteristics?in?distribution?of?temperature?field,?structural?stress?intensity?and?water?circulation,?have?been?proved?to?reach?all?of?the?requirements?in?operation?and?the?forming?of?metal?powder?can?also?be?avoided.
