目的：探讨肿瘤内科治疗中对并发症处理的临床护理对策。方法：收治肿瘤内科患者90例，随机分为对照组以及观察组各45例，对照组行常规治疗，观察组在此基础上行心理治疗、健康教育、全面监护治疗。结果：观察组的就医依从率、焦虑评分结果、并发症发生几率及治疗满意度明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在常规治疗的基础上对肿瘤内科就诊患者进行心理治疗、健康教育以及全面监护等治疗措施可有效降低患者的并发症发生几率、消除患者的不良心理、提高患者的就医依从率。
목적：탐토종류내과치료중대병발증처리적림상호리대책。방법：수치종류내과환자90례，수궤분위대조조이급관찰조각45례，대조조행상규치료，관찰조재차기출상행심리치료、건강교육、전면감호치료。결과：관찰조적취의의종솔、초필평분결과、병발증발생궤솔급치료만의도명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：재상규치료적기출상대종류내과취진환자진행심리치료、건강교육이급전면감호등치료조시가유효강저환자적병발증발생궤솔、소제환자적불양심리、제고환자적취의의종솔。
Objective:To explore the clinical nursing strategy of treating complication in tumor department of internal medicine. Methods:90 patients in tumor department of internal medicine were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 45 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment,and he observation group were given psychological treatment,health education,comprehensive care treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:In the observation group,the compliance rate,anxiety score,complication rate and treatment satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological treatment,health education,comprehensive care treatment on the basis of conventional treatment for patients in tumor department of internal medicine can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,eliminate the patient's adverse psychological,and improve the patient's compliance rate.
