目的：对神经内科护理工作中的安全隐患及对策进行分析和探讨。方法找出神经内科护理工作中的安全隐患，并给予相应的对策加以解决。结果解决安全隐患最有效的方法就是采取针对性的防范措施，提升了护理质量。结论针对性的防范措施是提升神经内科护理质量的关键，我们应在具体的护理工作加以重视。

목적：대신경내과호리공작중적안전은환급대책진행분석화탐토。방법조출신경내과호리공작중적안전은환，병급여상응적대책가이해결。결과해결안전은환최유효적방법취시채취침대성적방범조시，제승료호리질량。결론침대성적방범조시시제승신경내과호리질량적관건，아문응재구체적호리공작가이중시。
Objective To analyze and discuss the safety hazards and Countermeasures of nursing in the Department of internal medicine.MethodsTo find out the safety hazards in the nursing work of the nerve Department of internal medicine, and to give the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems.Results The most effective method to solve the safety hazard is to take the preventive measures, improve the quality of nursing.Conclusion The targeted preventive measures is the key to improve the quality of nursing in the Department of internal medicine, we should pay attention to the specific nursing work.
