Fangjixiefei recipe%fritillary and loquat leaf mixture%atomization inhalation%acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
目的：观察防己泻肺汤联合中药雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，2组患者均接受西医常规治疗，包括持续低流量吸氧、积极抗感染、祛痰止咳、解痉平喘、营养支持等综合治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予防己泻肺汤口服及复方川贝枇杷合剂雾化吸入，2周为1个疗程。观察2组的临床疗效、动脉血气分析和肺功能等指标的变化。结果①治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；②治疗组 PaO2、SaO2水平较对照组明显提高（P＜0.05），PaCO2水平无明显变化（P＞0.05）；③治疗组 FEV1％、MMEF 较对照组显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论防己泻肺汤联合中药雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的疗效显著。

목적：관찰방기사폐탕연합중약무화흡입치료만성조새성폐병급성가중기적림상료효。방법80례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，2조환자균접수서의상규치료，포괄지속저류량흡양、적겁항감염、거담지해、해경평천、영양지지등종합치료，치료조재차기출상급여방기사폐탕구복급복방천패비파합제무화흡입，2주위1개료정。관찰2조적림상료효、동맥혈기분석화폐공능등지표적변화。결과①치료조적림상료효명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）；②치료조 PaO2、SaO2수평교대조조명현제고（P＜0.05），PaCO2수평무명현변화（P＞0.05）；③치료조 FEV1％、MMEF 교대조조현저제고（P＜0.05）。결론방기사폐탕연합중약무화흡입치료만성조새성폐병급성가중기적료효현저。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Fangjixiefei recipe combined with Chinese medi‐cine atomization inhalation in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD ) . Methods 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,40 patients in each group.All patients were received conventional western med‐icine treatment ,such as persistent low flow oxygen therapy ,anti‐infection ,expelling phlegm to arrest coughing , spasmolysis and asthma ,nutritional support.The patients in treatment group were given Fangjixiefei recipe orally and atomization inhalation with fritillary and loquat leaf mixture ,base on the conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy ,index of blood gas analysis and pulmonary function were observed after two weeks.Results ①The clinical curative effect of treatment group was apparently higher than that of control group(92.50% vs 77.50% )(P<0.05);② Compared with control group ,the level of PaO2 and SaO2 of treatment group increased obviously(P<0.05) ,but the level of PaCO2 improved a little(P>0.05);③Compared with control group ,the level of FEV1% and MMEF of treatment group improved significantly(P< 0.05).Conclusion Fangjixiefei recipe combined with Chi‐nese medicine atomization inhalation has obviously effect in treatment of AECOPD.
