建设大学生特色成长辅导室，是构建工作前移、重心下移到院系的大学生心理健康教育工作新模式。本文以长沙职业技术学院“畅心坊”大学生特色成长辅导室建设项目为例，从建设一个场地、组建两支队伍、实施三项保障、完善四个机制等方面阐述了该校在特色成长辅导室项目建设上做出的有益实践与探索，以期为其他高校提供相关参考与借鉴。
