法律工具主义认为法律只是统治阶级治理国家、实现一定社会目标的手段和工具。不仅无任何目的意义与价值意义，且与现代依法建设社会主义法治的思想理念不一致，其给我国建设中国特色社会主义法治目标进程中带来了消极影响。因此，我们应从理论与实践、主观与客观两个层面上，彻底摒弃与克服法律工具主义，以求得更有效率地实现法治，在整个社会树立起法律信仰主义旗帜。

The law instrumentalism thinks that the law is just a certain society means and tools ruling class governance and realizing some social objective, not only without any purpose significance and value, but also inconformity with the idea of modern socialist construction in accordance with the law, and will bring negative impacts to our country in the process of building socialism law targets with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, we should begin from the theory and practice, on the subjective and objective aspects, fully abandon and overcome legal instrumentalism, implement the rule of law more efficiently, set up socialist legal faith banner in the whole society.
