建立了同时测定动物性食品中16种稀土元素的方法。样品经电热消解后,以铑、铟和铼为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。各元素的信号强度与质量浓度线性相关,相关系数均大于0.9995,方法检出限在0.4~15.0 ng/L之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.7%~8.7%(n=7),加标回收率为81.5%~116.1%。该方法操作简便,可用于动物性食品中稀土元素的测定。

The simultaneous determination of 16 kinds of rare earth elements in food of animal origin was established. After wet digestion, the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with rhodium, indium and rhenium as internal standard. The signal strength was linear with the mass concentration with the correlation coefficient more than 0.999 5, and the method detection limits were 0.4–15.0 ng/L, RSD were 0.7%–8.7% (n=7), and the recoveries were 81.5%–116.1%. This method was easy to operate, and it can be used for the determination of rare earth elements in food of animal origin.
