为了解决当前交通监控系统智能化程度低,缺少定位功能的问题,设计并实现了交通肇事车辆快速视觉定位系统。系统采用 OV7740图像传感器采集现场车辆图像,通过核心为 S3C2410X 的图像采集终端接收 OV7740图像传感器中的车辆图像数据,并对车辆图像进行存储和显示。采用肇事车辆定位分析模块,对车辆图像进行分析,判断是否存在肇事车辆,实现肇事车辆图像的定位。利用主控芯片为 CY7C68013A 的控制传输模块,将肇事车辆图像数据变换成 USB 数据格式,再将图像数据反馈给人机交互模块进行存储和管理。在软件设计过程中,详细分析了交通肇事车辆定位流程,并给出 USB设备数据结构以及 INF 文件配置的程序代码。实验结果表明,所提系统具有较高的定位精度。

To solve the low intelligent degree of the current traffic monitoring system and the lack of positioning function, the fast visual positioning system of vehicle causing traffic accident was designed and implemented. The OV7740 image sensor is adopted in the system to acquire images of spot vehicle,and the vehicle images data in OV7740 image sensor is received through the image acquisition terminal which takes S3C2410X as its core,and stores and displays the vehicle images. The vehi?cle images are analyzed with the vehicle positioning analysis module to determine whether the vehicle is the accident causing one,and realize the image positioning of the vehicle causing traffic accident. The image data of vehicle causing traffic accident is transformed into USB data format by the control transmission module with the main control chip CY7C68013A,with which the image data is fed back to human?computer interaction module for storage and management. In software design process,the posi?tioning process of vehicle causing traffic accident is analyzed in detail,and the data structure of USB device and program code of INF file configuration are presented. The experimental results show that the proposed system has higher positioning accuracy.
