电路工程师在进行滤波电感设计时,多以经验公式计算来选择磁心,得出的结果准确度不高。以全桥输出滤波电感为例,基于滤波电感的实际工作原理,推导出了磁心尺寸精确计算公式。给出了一个设计实例,计算结果表明可以满足磁心设计的计算要求。

Empirical formula was usually used by circuit engineers to design filter inductor to select core size, but the experience formula of calculation results are not accurate. In this thesis, the author taked the full-bridge output filter inductor as an example, based on the inductance of the actual working principle, the formula was derived for accurate calculation of core size. Finally a design example was given, and the calculation results can meet the requirements forcore design calculations.
