分别以甲醇与甲苯为溶剂,以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和Si-MCM-41为原料,采用后嫁接法合成了两种有机-无机杂化材料NH2(CH2)3-MCM-41。考察了该类材料在环己烯酮和硝基甲烷共轭加成反应中的催化性能。结果表明,两种材料都表现出了很高的催化性能。其中,以甲醇为溶剂合成的催化剂性能高于以甲苯为溶剂合成的催化剂,推测是由于在不同极性的溶剂中, NH2(CH2)3-MCM-41表面的氨基密度不同,从而导致了其在共轭加成反应中的催化性能的差异。

Amino-functionalized mesoporous Si-MCM-41 catalysts were prepared by a post-grafting method with ( 3-Aminopropyl ) triethoxysilane and Si-MCM-41. The catalytic properties of two kinds of catalysts prepared with different solvents ( toluene and methanol ) were investigated for the conjugate addition reaction of cyclohexenone and nitromethane. All the samples were active for the conjugate addition reaction. Among them, the sample prepared with methanol exhibited higher activity under test conditions. It was supposed that the difference of catalytic performance should be mainly due to the density of amino group.
