目的：分析PICC导管引起感染的相关因素及护理对策探究。方法回顾性分析320例采用PICC治疗患者的临床资料，总结导致感染因素，探究合理有效的的护理方法。结果置管期间，感染17例，占总人数的5.3%。其中，白细胞计数过低、置管时间过长的易感染。结论行PICC置管，引起感染的因素与导管的部位、留置时间等因素有关。

목적：분석PICC도관인기감염적상관인소급호리대책탐구。방법회고성분석320례채용PICC치료환자적림상자료，총결도치감염인소，탐구합리유효적적호리방법。결과치관기간，감염17례，점총인수적5.3%。기중，백세포계수과저、치관시간과장적역감염。결론행PICC치관，인기감염적인소여도관적부위、류치시간등인소유관。
Objective To analyze the PICC catheter-related infections caused by factors and Nursing Countermeasures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 320 cases of clinical data of patients using PICC, summarize the factors leading to infection, explore reasonable and effective methods of care.Results5.3% during the catheterization, infection in 17 cases, the total number. Among them, the white blood cel count is too low, too long tube susceptible to infection.Conclusions PICC line catheter, causing infection and catheter site factors, retention time and other factors.
