目的：观察联合宫腔镜经阴道切除剖宫产子宫疤痕憩室的疗效。方法选用我院2012—2014年因剖宫产术后长期经期延长到我院就诊，行宫腔镜确诊剖宫产子宫疤痕憩室患者66例，随机分为两组，一组单纯予宫腔镜下剖宫产疤痕憩室血管电灼术；另一组予联合宫腔镜探查术，经阴道切除剖宫产子宫疤痕憩室，术后6月及1年复查宫腔镜情况，观察术后1年患者月经经期长短，比较术前术后经期长短。结果联合宫腔镜经阴道切除剖宫产子宫疤痕憩室组术后月经经期明显缩短，有效率达％。结论联合宫腔镜经阴道切除剖宫产子宫疤痕憩室，对治疗剖宫产子宫疤痕憩室效果好，适宜推广。
목적：관찰연합궁강경경음도절제부궁산자궁파흔게실적료효。방법선용아원2012—2014년인부궁산술후장기경기연장도아원취진，행궁강경학진부궁산자궁파흔게실환자66례，수궤분위량조，일조단순여궁강경하부궁산파흔게실혈관전작술；령일조여연합궁강경탐사술，경음도절제부궁산자궁파흔게실，술후6월급1년복사궁강경정황，관찰술후1년환자월경경기장단，비교술전술후경기장단。결과연합궁강경경음도절제부궁산자궁파흔게실조술후월경경기명현축단，유효솔체％。결론연합궁강경경음도절제부궁산자궁파흔게실，대치료부궁산자궁파흔게실효과호，괄의추엄。
Objective To observe the effect of combined hysteroscopy transvaginal resection on cesarean section uterine scar diverticulum.Methods From 2012 to 2014,a total of 25 women with cesarean section uterine scar diverticulum were included in the study.They were given hysteroscopy surgical exploration and transvaginal resction, observed the menstrual period length 1 year after operation, reviewed hysteroscopy in the following 3 months and the following year. Compared the menstrual period length of preoperative and postoperative. Results The menstrual period length of the 25 patients was obviously shortened after operation, the effetiency was 100%.Conclusions Combined hysteroscopy transvaginal resection of cesarean section uterine scar diverticulum has obvious effect.
