校企合作育人是新建地方本科院校发展的必然之路。长期稳定的校企合作育人机制的构建是高校的研究课题。本文总结了国内校企育人模式，构建了适应新建地方本科校企合作育人机制，并提出新建本科校企合作育人的对策。

College-enterprise cooperation education is the inevitable way for the development of new local under-graduate colleges. The construction of long-term and stable education system of school enterprise cooperation is a summary of research topics. This paper summarizes the domestic and enterprise education mode, and constructs a new model for the establishment of local university enterprise cooperation education mechanism, and puts forward the Countermeasures of the new college enterprise cooperative education.
