目的：探讨预见性护理在不稳定型心绞痛疾病护理中的临床效果。方法：收治不稳定型心绞痛患者60例，随机分成甲组与乙组，甲组予以常规护理，在此基础之上，乙组予以预见性护理措施，比较两组的护理效果。结果：乙组的总有效率与护理满意度均显著高于甲组(P＜0.05)。结论：对不稳定型心绞痛患者予以预见性护理措施，效果明显，且可提升护理满意度。

목적：탐토예견성호리재불은정형심교통질병호리중적림상효과。방법：수치불은정형심교통환자60례，수궤분성갑조여을조，갑조여이상규호리，재차기출지상，을조여이예견성호리조시，비교량조적호리효과。결과：을조적총유효솔여호리만의도균현저고우갑조(P＜0.05)。결론：대불은정형심교통환자여이예견성호리조시，효과명현，차가제승호리만의도。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of predictive nursing in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:60 patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected.They were randomly divided into A group and B group.The A group were given routine nursing,on the basis of this.The B group were given predictive nursing.We compared two groups of nursing effect. Results:In the B group,the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of A group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Unstable angina patients were given predictive care.The effect was obvious.It can improve the satisfaction of nursing.
