基于我国人口老龄化发展趋势，对人口老龄化背景下居民对居住区环境的生理需求、心理需求、行为需求展开分析，试图将以人为本和生态理念应用到居住区环境设计中，以应对人口老龄化产生的特殊需求，建设宜居新型居住区。结合吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州汪清林业局绿美家园景观设计的创作实践进行了分析论证，为区域内其他基于老龄化背景的居住区景观设计提供借鉴。
基于我國人口老齡化髮展趨勢，對人口老齡化揹景下居民對居住區環境的生理需求、心理需求、行為需求展開分析，試圖將以人為本和生態理唸應用到居住區環境設計中，以應對人口老齡化產生的特殊需求，建設宜居新型居住區。結閤吉林省延邊朝鮮族自治州汪清林業跼綠美傢園景觀設計的創作實踐進行瞭分析論證，為區域內其他基于老齡化揹景的居住區景觀設計提供藉鑒。

Based on the aging population development trend in China,this paper analyzes the physiological needs, psychological needs,behavioral needs of residents in the residential areas against the background of population aging,and discusses how to apply the people-oriented and ecological ideas to the design of the residential environment in order to deal with the aging population’s special requirements and construct a livable new residential area. With the creative practice of Green&beautiful Home of Forestry Bureau of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin province as a case,this paper conducts an analytic demonstration on landscape design,providing reference for the landscape design of the residential areas against the background of population aging in this region.
