目的:探讨手术间不同温度与人体舒适度、患者核心体温的关系。方法在同一手术间内,不同温度设置下,随机选取90例同级别手术,术中进行手术医师舒适度调查、患者核心体温监测。温度设置分为三组:Ⅰ组20~22℃、Ⅱ组22~24℃、Ⅲ组24~26℃。统计分析手术间温度与人体舒适度及患者体温的相关性。结果三组不同温度下的患者在做好局部保暖措施前提下的核心体温比较无统计学差异;三组间手术医师舒适度有统计学差异。结论在做好局部保暖措施前提下手术患者的核心体温不受手术间温度影响;手术医师舒适度受手术间不同温度的影响;20~22℃的手术间温度更为适宜。

목적:탐토수술간불동온도여인체서괄도、환자핵심체온적관계。방법재동일수술간내,불동온도설치하,수궤선취90례동급별수술,술중진행수술의사서괄도조사、환자핵심체온감측。온도설치분위삼조:Ⅰ조20~22℃、Ⅱ조22~24℃、Ⅲ조24~26℃。통계분석수술간온도여인체서괄도급환자체온적상관성。결과삼조불동온도하적환자재주호국부보난조시전제하적핵심체온비교무통계학차이;삼조간수술의사서괄도유통계학차이。결론재주호국부보난조시전제하수술환자적핵심체온불수수술간온도영향;수술의사서괄도수수술간불동온도적영향;20~22℃적수술간온도경위괄의。
ObjectiveInvestigating the relationship between different temperatures in operating room and degree of comfort, core temperature of body.Methods In one operating room with different temperatures, 90 same degree surgeries were chosen by random, the degree of comfort for doctor was investigated in the operating and the body core temperature was monitored. The temperatures were set in three series: Ⅰ 20~22℃、Ⅱ 22~24℃、Ⅲ 24~26℃. Counting and analyzing the relativity between temperature in operating room and degree of comfort, core temperature of body. Results Three series of patients under different temperatures who were kept warm, there has no significant differences statisticaly in comparison; the statistical difference of doctor’s comfort occurs for three groups.ConclusionThe body temperatures of patients were not effected by verifying the temperature of operating room who were kept warm; the doctor’s comfort was effected by the changing of temperature; 20~22℃ was the most comfort temperature.
