随着经济的发展，人们生活水平的提高，人们的用眼程度增加，人们的视力呈现下降趋势，因此，社会需要大量眼视光人才。但是，眼视光专业的学生就业并不乐观，学生对自己的就业满意度不高，企业招收不到合适的员工，而且员工流失量增加。各个高职的眼视光教育需要逐步完善教育教学，顺应时代发展需要，提升眼视光专业学生的社会地位。本文就高职眼视光专业学生就业现状、就业分析、改革对策三个方面加以简要分析。
