我国普通高校建立适合自己的生涯辅导体系是社会和高等教育发展的需要，也是学生自身利益实现的需要，在前期探索和实践的基础上，笔者提出了普通高校的“123456”生涯辅导体系。

Regular institutions of higher learning to establish suitable career guidance system in our country is the need of society and the development of higher education, is also the needs of the students their own interests, on the basis of the preliminary exploration and practice, the author puts forward the "123456" ordinary university career guidance system.
