埋地管道通过的逆断层是油气输送管道抗震设计中最困难的地段,这是因为在逆断层位移作用下管道压缩分量大,容易产生屈曲失效。鉴于此,以某逆断层作用下埋地管道为例,利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行了管土作用分析,并采用基于应变的准则进行管道校核。对于范围大、布置复杂的地段采用管单元,土壤采用弹簧单元来模拟,可以满足工程使用的精度要求。计算结果表明,该埋管发生了压缩塑性变形,但仍然处于安全状态。研究内容可为埋地管道设计提供参考。

Buried pipeline under the action of reverse fault is the most difficult section for seismic design?Due to the effect of reverse fault displacement, the resulted large compression component of pipeline is prone to leading to buckling failure because of compression or bending?Given a buried pipeline in a reverse fault as an example, pipe soil interaction analysis has been conducted using the finite element software ABAQUS?Then, the pipeline has been checked according to a strain based criteria?For large?scale and complex layout area, pipe element with spring element for the soil could meet the accuracy requirements for engineering and has a high efficien?cy?Calculation results show that the buried pipe has a compression plastic deformation, but still in a safe state?The study could provide references for pipeline designers on buried pipeline analysis using finite element method.
