针对小修作业搬家频繁及脏、苦、累、险的工作特点,研制了一种小修作业远程控制起下管柱装置。修井机司机通过操作盘可远程控制完成油管的抓放、锁定、悬持、推送、扶正、对中、液压钳就位、上卸扣、高低换挡和自动对缺口,最终实现管柱起下;1名场地工人按动遥控器即可完成油管的拉送、翻滚和就位,实现了在井口无人情况下2人起下管柱作业。现场应用结果表明,该装置体积小、质量轻,起下管柱操作平稳、安全可靠,不但减少了用工数量,减轻了工人劳动强度,而且提高了安全操作水平。起下管柱作业施工速度可控且与人工操作水平相当,深受现场工人欢迎。

To solve the problems in well servicing like frequent mobilization and dirty working environment, high workload and high risk features, a small remote control tubing running device has been developed?The work?over driver could alone accomplish tubing handling, locking, hanging, pulling, centralizing, centring and hy?draulic tong positioning, makeup and breakout, gear shift and automatic alignment, thus achieving tubing run?ning?Tubing pulling, rolling and positioning could be accomplished by only one floorman through remote control u?nit?Thus, tubing running operation could be done by only two personnel without personnel arrangement at the well?head?Field application shows that the device could deliver a smooth and reliable tubing running operation with small and light weight features?With the comparable tubing running speed and control compared with manual operation, the new developed tubing running device could not only reduce the amount of labor and labor intensity, but also could improve the operation safety, which have gained great welcome by the onsite worker.
