目的:探究与分析医院感染金黄色葡萄球菌的分布情况及临床耐药性特点。方法选择我院自2013年8月~2015年6月间发生医院金黄色葡萄球菌感染的患者76例,对菌株进行培养分离,分析产生感染的危险因素及感染的分布情况,对分离出的菌株进行药物敏感测定。结果本研究共检测出78株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中菌株主要为耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)与甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA),前者所占比例比较大;发生金黄色葡萄球菌感染的科室较多,主要为重症监护室、呼吸内科和各外科诊室;金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性普遍较高,且MRSA比MSSA更加耐药,P<0.05;但复方新诺明、万古霉素的耐药性均较差,且两种菌株无明显差异,P >0.05。结论金黄色葡萄球菌常感染本身具有严重基础疾病或接受外科手术的患者,且耐药性较强,影响患者的健康恢复,医护人员应加强感染的预防的措施,避免菌株传播发展。

목적:탐구여분석의원감염금황색포도구균적분포정황급림상내약성특점。방법선택아원자2013년8월~2015년6월간발생의원금황색포도구균감염적환자76례,대균주진행배양분리,분석산생감염적위험인소급감염적분포정황,대분리출적균주진행약물민감측정。결과본연구공검측출78주금황색포도구균,기중균주주요위내갑양서림금황색포도구균(MRSA)여갑양서림민감금황색포도구균(MSSA),전자소점비례비교대;발생금황색포도구균감염적과실교다,주요위중증감호실、호흡내과화각외과진실;금황색포도구균적내약성보편교고,차MRSA비MSSA경가내약,P<0.05;단복방신낙명、만고매소적내약성균교차,차량충균주무명현차이,P >0.05。결론금황색포도구균상감염본신구유엄중기출질병혹접수외과수술적환자,차내약성교강,영향환자적건강회복,의호인원응가강감염적예방적조시,피면균주전파발전。
ObjectiveTo explore and analyze the distribution of Staphylococcus aureus infection in hospitals and clinical drug resistance characteristics.Methods 76 patients with S. aureus hospital infections occurred since our hospital between August 2013 to June 2015, of the strains were isolated, the risk factors and the distribution of infection produce infection of isolated drug-sensitive strains measured.Results In this study, 78 were detected in S. aureus, including strains mainly for methicilin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and methicilin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA), a relatively large proportion of the former; happen Staphylococcus aureus infection department more, mainly for the intensive care unit, respiratory medicine and various surgical clinic; resistant Staphylococcus aureus generaly higher and more resistant MRSA than MSSA,P<0.05; but the new compound sulfamethoxazole, vancomycin resistance are poor, and the two strains was no significant difference,P >0.05.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus infection itself often in patients with severe underlying diseases or undergoing surgery, and the resistance is strong, affecting the health recovery of patients, health care workers should strengthen measures to prevent infection, to avoid the spread of the strain development.
