目的：建立HPLC法测定虫草菌丝益肾胶囊中马钱苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为 Hypersil C18（250mm ×4.6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（15∶85），流速为1.0mL· min －1，检测波长为240nm。结果此法线性范围为0.0391～1.956μg（r＝0.9999），平均回收率为102.50％， RSD＝1.80％（n＝6）。结论该方法简便、快速，重现性好，可用于虫草菌丝益肾胶囊的质量控制。

목적：건립HPLC법측정충초균사익신효낭중마전감함량적방법。방법색보주위 Hypersil C18（250mm ×4.6mm，5μm），류동상위을정-수（15∶85），류속위1.0mL· min －1，검측파장위240nm。결과차법선성범위위0.0391～1.956μg（r＝0.9999），평균회수솔위102.50％， RSD＝1.80％（n＝6）。결론해방법간편、쾌속，중현성호，가용우충초균사익신효낭적질량공제。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Loganin in Chongcao Junsi Yish-en capsules.METHODS The Hypersil C18 colum (250mm ×4.6mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(15∶85) with flow rate at 1.0mL· min -1.The detection wavelenghth was at 240nm.RESULTS The method was linear in the range of 0.0391~1.956μg( r=0.9999 ).The average recovery was 102.50% and RSD was 1.80%( n=6 ).CONCLUSION The method is efficient and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the control of Chongcao Junsi Yishen capsules.
