目的:探讨舒芬太尼对双腔支气管插管和手术切皮应激反应抑制的理想剂量。方法选取手术患者120例,随机分成A、B、C三组。给予不同麻醉剂量后行支气管插管,观察患者麻醉诱导前5分钟(T1)、插管成功即刻(T2)、切皮即刻(T3)三个时间点麻醉指标变化情况。结果给予麻醉药物后,支气管插管时A组、B组各项麻醉指标较麻醉前均有所下降,C组有所升高;手术开始时,A组、B组各项指标低于麻醉前水平,C组均高于麻醉前水平。B组心律无明显变化。结论舒芬太尼用于全身麻醉支气管插管诱导,理想剂量为0.75μg/kg。该剂量舒芬太尼麻醉诱导过程平稳,副作用较少。

목적:탐토서분태니대쌍강지기관삽관화수술절피응격반응억제적이상제량。방법선취수술환자120례,수궤분성A、B、C삼조。급여불동마취제량후행지기관삽관,관찰환자마취유도전5분종(T1)、삽관성공즉각(T2)、절피즉각(T3)삼개시간점마취지표변화정황。결과급여마취약물후,지기관삽관시A조、B조각항마취지표교마취전균유소하강,C조유소승고;수술개시시,A조、B조각항지표저우마취전수평,C조균고우마취전수평。B조심률무명현변화。결론서분태니용우전신마취지기관삽관유도,이상제량위0.75μg/kg。해제량서분태니마취유도과정평은,부작용교소。
ObjectiveTo discuss the ideal doses of sufentanil for double lumen bronchial tube set and surgical skin incision stress inhibition of reaction.Method s120 cases of surgical patients were selected, which were randomly divided into three groups of A, B and C. the patients carried out bronchial cannula after they were given different anesthesia doses, and the changing conditions of anesthesia indexes of the patients were observed at the three time points of 5 minutes before anesthesia induction (T1), instant of successful cannula (T2) and instant of skin incision (T3).ResultsAfter the patients were given anesthetics, al anesthetic indexes in group A and B at the time of bronchial cannula declined to some extent compared with those in group A and B before anesthetics, while the indexes in group C improved to some extent. Al indexes in group A and B at the time of starting surgeries were lower than those before anesthetics, while the indexes in group C were higher than those before anesthetics. The rhythm of the heart in group B had no marked changes.Conclusion The ideal dose that sufentanil is used in bronchial cannula induction of general anesthesia is 0.75 μg/kg. Under this dose, sufentanil anesthesia induction process is stable and with less side effect.
