目的:优选三叶青总黄酮的提取工艺。方法以液料比、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度4个单因素为考察基础,利用响应面法优化并建立了三叶青总黄酮最佳的回流提取工艺。结果液料比对总黄酮提取量的影响最大,提取时间次之。最佳工艺条件为:液料比14.25mL· g -1,乙醇浓度:50.7%,提取时间:1.975h,提取温度:89.4℃。结论采用响应面分析法优选三叶青总黄酮的提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。

목적:우선삼협청총황동적제취공예。방법이액료비、을순농도、제취시간、제취온도4개단인소위고찰기출,이용향응면법우화병건립료삼협청총황동최가적회류제취공예。결과액료비대총황동제취량적영향최대,제취시간차지。최가공예조건위:액료비14.25mL· g -1,을순농도:50.7%,제취시간:1.975h,제취온도:89.4℃。결론채용향응면분석법우선삼협청총황동적제취공예은정、합리、가행。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technics of total flavonoids from Radix Tetrastig-mae.METHODS Based on single factor experiments , extraction conditions includ liquid-solid ratio , ethanol con-centration ,extraction time and extraction temperature were optimized using response surface methodology.RESULTS The main factor of influencing total flavonoids extraction was liquid-solid ratio followed by extraction time.The op-timal extraction conditions were as follows:liquid-solid ratio 14.25 mL· g -1 ,ethanol concentration 50.7%,extraction time 1.975 h and extraction temperature 89.4℃.CONCLUSION Optimization of total flavonoids extraction from Radix Tetrastigmae by response surface methodology was steady ,reasonable and practicable.
