目的：探讨鼻骨骨折患者采用多层螺旋CT诊断的临床效果。方法：收治鼻骨骨折患者38例，分别采用X线平片与64层螺旋CT检查，通过临床诊断符合率与各骨折类型诊断准确率评估多层螺旋CT诊断价值。结果：本组患者经64排螺旋 CT 检查的诊断总符合率100.0%，显著高于 X 线平片(P＜0.05)；经 CT 诊断后表现单纯线性骨折19例(50.0%)，复合型骨折10例(26.3%)，粉碎性骨折9例(23.7%)，其骨折类型辨别效果亦明显好于 X 线平片(P＜0.05)。结论：多层螺旋CT诊断鼻骨骨折时可更为客观地表现局部病变状况，对骨折确诊与分型均具良好价值。

목적：탐토비골골절환자채용다층라선CT진단적림상효과。방법：수치비골골절환자38례，분별채용X선평편여64층라선CT검사，통과림상진단부합솔여각골절류형진단준학솔평고다층라선CT진단개치。결과：본조환자경64배라선 CT 검사적진단총부합솔100.0%，현저고우 X 선평편(P＜0.05)；경 CT 진단후표현단순선성골절19례(50.0%)，복합형골절10례(26.3%)，분쇄성골절9례(23.7%)，기골절류형변별효과역명현호우 X 선평편(P＜0.05)。결론：다층라선CT진단비골골절시가경위객관지표현국부병변상황，대골절학진여분형균구량호개치。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nasal bone fracture diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT.Methods:38 patients with nasal bone fracture were selected.They were given X-ray and 64 slice spiral CT.Through the clinical diagnosis coincidence rate and the diagnosis accurate rate of every type of fracture,we evaluated the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT.Results:The total diagnostic rate of patients with 64 slice spiral CT was 100%,and it was significantly higher than that of X-ray plain film(P<0.05).After CT diagnosis,19 cases(50%) were linear fracture,10 cases(26.3%) were complex fracture,and 9 cases(23.7%) were comminuted fracture.Fracture type identification effect was significantly better than X-ray plain film(P<0.05). Conclusion:Multi slice spiral CT for diagnosis of nasal bone fracture can objectively show the local pathological changes.It had good value for fracture diagnosis and typing.
