针对钻探施工中常遇见的坚硬致密强研磨性地层,通过钻头胎体设计和钻头结构设计对金刚石钻头进行了试验研究,并在水电站中进行了推广应用,取得了良好的效果:采用HRC35-40金刚石钻头在坚硬致密的玄武岩中钻进,其平均寿命可以达到70m,平均机械钻速为2m/h;在粗粒花岗岩等地层中钻进,钻头平均机械钻速最高可达2.7m/h,寿命最高能达到50m,比原定指标提高了25%,大大缩短了施工周期,降低了施工成本,满足了钻探施工的要求。
針對鑽探施工中常遇見的堅硬緻密彊研磨性地層,通過鑽頭胎體設計和鑽頭結構設計對金剛石鑽頭進行瞭試驗研究,併在水電站中進行瞭推廣應用,取得瞭良好的效果:採用HRC35-40金剛石鑽頭在堅硬緻密的玄武巖中鑽進,其平均壽命可以達到70m,平均機械鑽速為2m/h;在粗粒花崗巖等地層中鑽進,鑽頭平均機械鑽速最高可達2.7m/h,壽命最高能達到50m,比原定指標提高瞭25%,大大縮短瞭施工週期,降低瞭施工成本,滿足瞭鑽探施工的要求。

The matrix and structural design of diamond drill bits were experimentally studied for drilling hard and compact formations which is strong abrasive in drilling construction. The diamond bits was then generalized in hydropower stations. The HRC35-40 diamond drill bit was used for a hard dense basalt drilling, and the average life was 70m, with average ROP 2m/h; when drilling in coarse granite formations, the average ROP was up to 2.7m/h, with the maximum life 50m, 25% higher than the original one. It greatly shortened the construction period, and reduced the costs of the construction.
