目的：了解上饶市2013~2014年分离到的甲1亚型流感病毒HA1基因变异特性和规律，分析WHO甲1亚型疫苗推荐株对上饶市甲1亚型流感的预防效果。方法采集流感病例咽拭子标本进行病毒分离，对分离到的甲1流感病毒采用RT-PCR方法扩增病毒基因，进行核苷酸序列测定，使用DNAStar、Mage软件对测序结果进行分析和处理，且与WHO 2013~2014年推荐的疫苗株进行比对。结果2013~2014年10株甲1亚型流感病毒HA1没有发现核苷酸丢失和插入，上饶市流感病毒分离株与WHO疫苗推荐株之间差异很小，只有A/JiangxiX-inzhou/SWL116/2014株有2个变异位点位于抗原决定簇A区和抗原决定簇B区内。结论2013~2014年WHO疫苗推荐株生产的疫苗对我市这两年甲1亚型流感具有一定的预防效果，可推广使用。
목적：료해상요시2013~2014년분리도적갑1아형류감병독HA1기인변이특성화규률，분석WHO갑1아형역묘추천주대상요시갑1아형류감적예방효과。방법채집류감병례인식자표본진행병독분리，대분리도적갑1류감병독채용RT-PCR방법확증병독기인，진행핵감산서렬측정，사용DNAStar、Mage연건대측서결과진행분석화처리，차여WHO 2013~2014년추천적역묘주진행비대。결과2013~2014년10주갑1아형류감병독HA1몰유발현핵감산주실화삽입，상요시류감병독분리주여WHO역묘추천주지간차이흔소，지유A/JiangxiX-inzhou/SWL116/2014주유2개변이위점위우항원결정족A구화항원결정족B구내。결론2013~2014년WHO역묘추천주생산적역묘대아시저량년갑1아형류감구유일정적예방효과，가추엄사용。
Objective To understand the characteristics and regularity of HA1 gene mutation in influenza virus subtype A1 isolated from 2013 to 2014 in Shangrao City,and to analyze the preventive effect of WHO subtype A1 vaccine a-gainst Shangrao. Methods Influenza case throat swab specimens were selected as the research object,and virus isolation was carried out,and the RT-PCR method was used to isolate the virus gene.The method was used to determine the nu-cleotide sequence.The results were analyzed and processed using Mage and DNAStar software.The vaccine strains rec-ommended by WHO 2013 to 2014 were compared. Results 10 influenza HA1 virus was not found to be lost and insert-ed,and the difference between vaccine and WHO vaccine was very small,and only 2 of A/JiangxiXinzhou/SWL116/2014 strains were located in A region and B region. Conclusion 2013-2014 WHO vaccine recommended for the production of vaccine against the city of those years subtype A1 of influenza has a certain preventive effect,and can be used to pro-mote.
