复合材料压裂桥塞是水平井泵送桥塞分段压裂工艺技术的核心工具之一。根据水平井泵送桥塞分段压裂工艺技术原理,进行桥塞的结构和技术参数设计,并对其零部件进行受力分析,得到了可钻桥塞坐封脱手和压裂这2种极限工况下材料的最小屈服强度,据此确定除了卡瓦、悬挂套和挡环采用铸铁材料外,桥塞的其他零部件均采用低密度复合材料。通过对关键零部件(固定销钉、心轴和套筒、卡瓦基体和卡瓦片)的测试,对桥塞的心轴和套筒、卡瓦基体和卡瓦片进行改进。最后对桥塞的地面泵送和井下磨铣进行测试,测试结果表明,桥塞的各项性能均达到现场应用要求。
