目的：探讨胃肠气钡双重造影和螺旋CT对胃肠道间质瘤的诊断价值。方法选取2012年1月~2014年12月在我院接受治疗的胃肠道间质瘤患者30例，分别对患者行胃肠气钡双重造影诊断与螺旋CT诊断，分析两种方法的诊断结果，进而比较两种方法的诊断价值。结果胃肠道气钡双重造影对于黏膜、黏膜下病变可做出较好的诊断；CT诊断对于肿瘤基本特征、内部结构等可做出较好的诊断，两种诊断方法均具有独特的临床优势，可弥补各自诊断局限性。结论胃肠气钡双重造影与螺旋CT诊断胃肠道间质瘤均具有重要的临床价值，可将该两种诊断方法进行结合使用，以完善诊断信息，进而为患者的后期诊断做出更全面的参考。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of gastrointestinal pneumobarium double spiral CT angiography and gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods From January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital between the period of treatment 30 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients, respectively, underwent double contrast barium diagnosis of gastrointestinal gas and spiral CT, compare the two methods diagnostic value.Results Gastrointestinal double contrast barium for mucosa, submucosal lesions can make a better diagnosis; CT diagnosis of the basic characteristics of the tumor, the internal structure of the diagnosis can be made better, two diagnostic methods have distinct clinical Advantage.ConclusionGastrointestinal double contrast barium helical CT diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors has important clinical value, the two diagnostic methods can be used in combination to make a more comprehensive reference for the late diagnosis of the patient.
