冠心病（ coronary heart disease，CHD）是指因动脉粥样硬化病变导致冠状动脉血管出现血管腔狭窄或阻塞，继而出现心肌功能失调的一种严重心脏疾病。丹红注射液为中药丹参、红花等提取物制成，2药中化学成分是发挥治疗作用关键。众多临床研究表明，丹红注射液能有效扩张冠状动脉，增加冠脉血流量，缓解冠心病心绞痛临床症状，改善心电图，提高临床疗效。本文就丹红注射液药理学性质，临床研究应用及治疗CHD作用机制进行综述，为丹红注射液治疗CHD分子机制及临床应用提供理论依据。
