With the methods of literature,investigation and interview,the paper surveyed and analyzed the status and existing problems of athlete 's retirement and re -employment in Shandong province,and put forward suggestions to improve the retired athlete re -employment situation,so as to provide ideas for solving the problems of retired athletes.
