以蕹菜为试材,通过盆栽试验研究不同处理超微细磷矿粉对蕹菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明:施用发酵磷矿粉可促进蕹菜的生长和生物量的提高,磷矿粉处理的株高、叶长和鲜重较对照均明显升高。同过磷酸钙处理相比,只有微晶化磷矿粉处理PRB4、PRB1、PRB3和PRB2有增产效果,分别显著高出27.70%、15.35%、11.69%和9.67%;同时,各处理的硝酸盐含量差异显著,其中PRB1处理较过磷酸钙处理降低15.24%;各个超微处理的Vc含量以PRC4含量最高,其次是PRC2,而微晶化磷矿粉处理Vc含量的变化规律不明显。可见,超微细磷矿粉的不同搭配措施对蕹菜的生长和品质具有明显不同的作用效果。

Using water spinach as test materials, with pot culture experiments, influences of ultra-fine phosphate rock powder after different treatment on the growth and quality of water spinach were studied. Results showed that: the fertilization of fermented ultra-fine phosphate rock powder promoted the growth of water spinach and increased its bio-mass. After the treatment of phosphate rock powder, the plant height, leaf length and fresh weight all increased more significantly than that of control samples. Compared with calcium phosphate treatment, only after the treatment of ultra-fine phosphate rock powder, could PRB4, PRB1, PRB3 and PRB2 show yield-increasing effects, showing significant increases by 27.70%, 15.35%, 11.69%and 9.67%, respectively. After different treatment, the content of nitrate differed greatly, of which the content of nitrate after PRB1 treatment decreased by 15.24%than that after calcium phosphate treatment. As for the content of Vc, that after PRB4 treatment showed the greatest, and the next was after PRB2 treatment, while that after ultra-fine phosphate rock powder showed no significant change. So, different formulated fertilization of ultra-fine phosphate rock powder had significantly different effect on the growth and quality of water spinach.
