警察健康状况长期以来未能得到足够重视，由于社会压力、职业自身特殊性以及保障性机制建设缺乏等多方面原因，民警生命与健康权受到严重挑战，警察个体亚健康状况普遍，整体工作能力难以适应新形势下公安工作快速发展需要。文章旨在通过对于现阶段民警健康状况的分析与产生因素的解析，试图通过规章制度、机制与体制的建设与完善，从而促进与保障警察在身体与心理健康的综合性发展。

Police health has long been neglected in China.Police's life and health are facing great challenge from Social pressure, the vocation itself and the deficiency of a guarantee mechanism.The status quo of police sub-health is common and their work ability can not meet the requirements of the rapid development of police work. Therefore, rules and regulations implement and mechanism and system construction are necessary to help police have a healthy body and good working status.
