目的:探讨案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合传统授课(lecture-based learning, LBL)教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床见习教学中的应用。方法将见习同学随机分为联合教学组与传统教学组,分别应用 CBL +LBL 联合教学及传统授课教学。教学完成后,通过问卷调查、理论及实践考核的方式评价教学效果。结果CBL +LBL 联合教学组与 LBL 传统教学组比较,前者在实践考核、理论考核及总成绩方面均高于后者;问卷调查结果显示,CBL +LBL 教学法得到了绝大多数学生的好评,总体满意度达到96.9%,显著高于传统教学组。结论CBL 联合传统授课的教学效果良好,培养了学生的分析能力和临床思维能力,提高了学习积极性和主观能动性,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of case-based learning (CBL)combined with lecture-based learning (LBL) in clinical probation teaching of otolaryngology and head-neck surgery.Methods The trainee students were randomly divided into the combined teaching group and the traditional teaching group,in which CBL combined LBL and traditional teaching methods were used, respectively.Teaching effects were evaluated through questionnaire as well as theory and practice tests. Results Theory and practice test scores,and total scores were significantly higher in the combined teaching group than in the traditional teaching group.Most students were satisfied with the combination method,with the total satisfaction rate of 96.9%,which was significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group.Conclusion CBL combined with LBL is an effective teaching method to cultivate students'analyzing ability and clinical thinking ability and improve their learning initiative and enthusiasm.It is worth popularizing.
