目的：探讨口腔癌患者对侧颈淋巴结转移特点及其危险因素。方法：收集同期行双侧颈淋巴结清扫术患者82例，分析对侧颈部淋巴结转移风险因素。结果：对侧转移29例，伴有同侧转移27例（93.10％）。分析结果表明同侧转移与对侧转移关联性有统计学意义。结论：口腔癌同侧颈部转移将增加对侧转移的风险。
목적：탐토구강암환자대측경림파결전이특점급기위험인소。방법：수집동기행쌍측경림파결청소술환자82례，분석대측경부림파결전이풍험인소。결과：대측전이29례，반유동측전이27례（93.10％）。분석결과표명동측전이여대측전이관련성유통계학의의。결론：구강암동측경부전이장증가대측전이적풍험。
Objective:To determine the pattern of cervical lymph node metastasis in contralateral neck,and inves-tigate the risk factor for metastasis in contralateral neck. Methods:The medical records of 82 patients that undergone bilateral neck dissection were enrolled. The risk factor for contralateral neck metastases was analyzed by the chi -square test and logistic regression. Results:Metastasis lymph nodes happened in 29 ipsilateral necks,and 27 (93. 10% )cases was found to have positive contralateral necks. Both the chi - square test and logistic regression showed that ipsilateral involvement were significantly associated with contralateral metastasis. Conclusion:For oral carcinoma patient,ipsilateral involvement was at a higher risk for contralateral lymph node metastasis.
