高职艺术设计专业中的"边缘人"容易被老师和同学所忽视,处于课堂教学的边缘状态,不能得到有效培养.这类个体或群体有着专业情结淡薄、集体观念缺失、自卑心理严重、自律性不稳定的特征.边缘人可以通过课堂管理规范的刺激转化、教师民主教育的外在转化、职业情境教学的隐性转化、自我主体意识的内在转化等策略进行转化培养.

"Marginal Persons" in Art Design specialty of higher vocational school tend to be ignored by teachers and classmates. They are at the edge of class teaching, thus can''t be effectively cultivated. This kind of individuals or group has the characteristics of rare professional complex, lack of collective sense, serious inferiority complex and unstable self-discipline. The"Marginal persons" could be transformed and cultivated through the stimulation of standard class management, the external transformation of the teacher''s democratic education, the implicit transformation of vocational situational teaching, and the inner transformation of ego consciousness.
