在汽车板材充液拉深工艺中,成型质量主要由充液室压力控制效果决定,质量要求越高,对压力控制的要求越苛刻,而控制系统中存在很多如滞后、死区、时变等非线性因素。为了解决系统中存在的非线性问题,同时提高系统的鲁棒性,首先建立了该系统的整体仿真模型,然后在传统迭代学习控制算法中引入模糊控制,形成模糊迭代学习控制算法,通过选择合适的输入输出变量、隶属度函数和模糊推理规则,构建模糊迭代学习控制器。最后进行Matlab仿真,验证该改进算法在充液拉深工艺压力控制系统中的有效性。

In the process of automobile sheet metal filling and deep drawing, the quality of molding is determined by the effect of filling chamber pressure, the higher the quality, the more demanding the pressure control, and the control system has many nonlinear factors such as lag, dead time and time varying.In order to solve the nonlinear problems in the system and improve the robustness of the system, the overall simulation model of the system is established. Then, the fuzzy control algorithm is introduced into the traditional iterative learning control algorithm. At last, Matlab simulation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm in the pressure control system of the deep drawing process.
