建立先导式活塞截止阀的数字样机，分析其工作原理，并借助计算流体力学仿真软件FLUENT，进行数值模拟仿真分析阀芯密封结构对O型密封圈的稳定性影响。结果表明：通用O型密封圈轴向密封标准不适用本阀芯密封；本阀芯新型密封结构中凸台直径增加、凸台宽度增加、进口压力降低，均会引起O型密封圈稳定性增加；同时为先导式活塞截止阀以及其他阀门的阀芯密封结构设计及优化提供理论参考。

The digital prototype of pilot-operated piston shut-off valve is established,and the principle of pilot-operated piston shut-off valve is introduced.The numerical simulation analysis of spool sealing structure influence on stability of the O-ring is used with the CFD simulation software FLUENT.The results showed that:The universal seal standard of O-ring axial seal can’t apply the spool.For the new seal structure,increased the diameter of the boss,increased the width of the boss,reduced the inlet pressure, would increase the stability of the O-ring. It provides theoretical references for the spool sealing structure design and optimization of pilot-operated piston shut-off valve or other valves.
