目的：分析心血管内科急性心绞痛治疗的临床方法和效果。方法收集我院心血管内科60例急性心绞痛患者作为研究对象，根据患者的治疗方式将其分为氯吡格雷组（30例）与消心痛组（30例），消心痛组患者采用口服消心痛治疗，氯吡格雷组采用氯吡格雷治疗，观察患者的总体治疗效果及治疗前后的血脂水平改善情况。结果氯吡格雷组患者的总体治疗效果明显优于消心痛组(<0.05)，且氯吡格雷组血脂水平改善情况明显优于消心痛组(<0.05)。结论在心血管内科急性心绞痛患者治疗中应用氯吡格雷具有良好的临床疗效。
목적：분석심혈관내과급성심교통치료적림상방법화효과。방법수집아원심혈관내과60례급성심교통환자작위연구대상，근거환자적치료방식장기분위록필격뢰조（30례）여소심통조（30례），소심통조환자채용구복소심통치료，록필격뢰조채용록필격뢰치료，관찰환자적총체치료효과급치료전후적혈지수평개선정황。결과록필격뢰조환자적총체치료효과명현우우소심통조(<0.05)，차록필격뢰조혈지수평개선정황명현우우소심통조(<0.05)。결론재심혈관내과급성심교통환자치료중응용록필격뢰구유량호적림상료효。
Objective To analyze the ef ect of cardiovascular medicine and clinical methods of treatment of acute angina. Methods A hospital of Cardiology period of diagnosis and treatment of 60 patients with acute angina patients as research subjects, according to the treatment of patients wil be divided into clopidogrel group (30 cases) and isosorbide dinitrate group (30 cases), isosorbide dinitrate group were treated with oral isosorbide dinitrate clopidogrel group received clopidogrel was observed overal patient outcomes and lipid levels before and after treatment to improve the situation. Results The overal ef ect of clopidogrel treatment groups were significantly bet er than the isosorbide dinitrate group ( <0.05), and clopidogrel improve lipid levels were bet er than isosorbide dinitrate group ( <0.05). Conclusion The clinical ef icacy of clopidogrel have good cardiovascular medicine in the acute treatment of patients with angina pectoris.
