培育大学生法治观念是全面推进依法治国的组成部分，而当前大学生法治观念存在法治理念缺乏、权利意识淡薄、大局观念较弱等问题。思想政治教育与培育法治观念存在育人目标一致性、内容属性关联性、方法方式互补性，可通过整合思想政治理论课资源、日常思想政治教育管理、创新思想政治教育方式这“三步曲”培育大学生法治观念。
培育大學生法治觀唸是全麵推進依法治國的組成部分，而噹前大學生法治觀唸存在法治理唸缺乏、權利意識淡薄、大跼觀唸較弱等問題。思想政治教育與培育法治觀唸存在育人目標一緻性、內容屬性關聯性、方法方式互補性，可通過整閤思想政治理論課資源、日常思想政治教育管理、創新思想政治教育方式這“三步麯”培育大學生法治觀唸。
배육대학생법치관념시전면추진의법치국적조성부분，이당전대학생법치관념존재법치이념결핍、권리의식담박、대국관념교약등문제。사상정치교육여배육법치관념존재육인목표일치성、내용속성관련성、방법방식호보성，가통과정합사상정치이론과자원、일상사상정치교육관리、창신사상정치교육방식저“삼보곡”배육대학생법치관념。
The cultivation of college students’ legal sense contributes to the complete establishment of governing the country by law. There exist some problems among college students such as the lack of legal sense, shortage of right consciousness and the weakness of overall situation idea.Ideological and political education and legal sense training are connected to each other closely in consistency of educating people, connection of content property and complementation of methods.So college students’ legal sense can be cultivated by the three steps, including the integration of ideological and political theory course resources, management of daily ideological and politi-cal education and innovation of ideological and political education ways.
