目的：分析肱骨近端复杂骨折采用锁定钢板结合中药治疗对肩关节功能的恢复作用。方法：随机选取2012年5月～2015年5月我院收治的肱骨近端复杂骨折患者150例，依据治疗方法将这些患者分为两组，即研究组（n=75）和对照组（n=75）。给予对照组患者单纯锁定钢板治疗，给予研究组患者锁定钢板结合中药治疗。结果：研究组患者的肩关节功能恢复的优良率90.7%（68/75）显著高于对照组65.3%（49/75）（P＜0.05），住院时间显著短于对照组（P＜0.05），EQ-5D 评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），骨密度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），并发症发生率5.3%（4/75）显著低于对照组26.7%（20/75）（P＜0.05）。结论：肱骨近端复杂骨折采用锁定钢板结合中药治疗能够有效恢复患者的肩关节功能。

목적：분석굉골근단복잡골절채용쇄정강판결합중약치료대견관절공능적회복작용。방법：수궤선취2012년5월～2015년5월아원수치적굉골근단복잡골절환자150례，의거치료방법장저사환자분위량조，즉연구조（n=75）화대조조（n=75）。급여대조조환자단순쇄정강판치료，급여연구조환자쇄정강판결합중약치료。결과：연구조환자적견관절공능회복적우량솔90.7%（68/75）현저고우대조조65.3%（49/75）（P＜0.05），주원시간현저단우대조조（P＜0.05），EQ-5D 평분균현저고우대조조（P＜0.05），골밀도현저고우대조조（P＜0.05），병발증발생솔5.3%（4/75）현저저우대조조26.7%（20/75）（P＜0.05）。결론：굉골근단복잡골절채용쇄정강판결합중약치료능구유효회복환자적견관절공능。
Objective: To analyze the recovery action of locking plate combined with traditional Chinese medicine in shoulder function of complex proximal humerus fractures.Methods:150 cases of patients with complex proximal humeral fractures who were admitted to our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were randomly selected,these patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,the study group (n=75) and control group (n=75).The control group were given simply locking plate treatment,while the study group were given locking plate combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The excellent rate of shoulder function recovery of the study group 90.7%(68/75) was significantly higher than the control group 65.3% (49/75) (P<0.05),the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05),the EQ-5D scores were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05),the BMD was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05),the complication rate 5.3% (4/75) was significantly lower than the control group 26.7% (20/75) (P<0.05).Conclusion:The locking plate combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively restore shoulder function of patients with complex proximal humerus fractures.
