目的:检测星形细胞肿瘤组织中 DEK 的表达,分析其与病理分级之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化技术并用图像分析系统检测各级别星形细胞肿瘤组织及脑组织中 DEK 的表达水平。结果:各组免疫组化染色阳性率分别为:肿瘤组织(86.6%),其中毛细胞型星形细胞瘤( WHO I 级66.7%),弥漫性星形细胞瘤(WHO II 级84.2%),间变性星形细胞瘤(WHO III 级93.3%),胶质母细胞瘤(WHO IV 级100.0%);脑组织(33.3%)。各组免疫组化染色强度分别为:肿瘤组织23.57±8.12,其中毛细胞型星形细胞瘤14.23±5.31,弥漫性星形细胞瘤19.52±6.68,间变性星形细胞瘤32.12±13.56,胶质母细胞瘤36.92±15.61;脑组织11.61±1.85。DEK 在肿瘤组织中的表达显著高于其在脑组织中的表达(P <0.05)。结论:DEK 的过表达与星形细胞肿瘤的发生密切相关,并且与肿瘤的病理分级也密切相关;DEK 表达改变,为星形细胞肿瘤临床诊断、治疗和预后判断提供了新思路。

목적:검측성형세포종류조직중 DEK 적표체,분석기여병리분급지간적관계。방법:응용면역조화기술병용도상분석계통검측각급별성형세포종류조직급뇌조직중 DEK 적표체수평。결과:각조면역조화염색양성솔분별위:종류조직(86.6%),기중모세포형성형세포류( WHO I 급66.7%),미만성성형세포류(WHO II 급84.2%),간변성성형세포류(WHO III 급93.3%),효질모세포류(WHO IV 급100.0%);뇌조직(33.3%)。각조면역조화염색강도분별위:종류조직23.57±8.12,기중모세포형성형세포류14.23±5.31,미만성성형세포류19.52±6.68,간변성성형세포류32.12±13.56,효질모세포류36.92±15.61;뇌조직11.61±1.85。DEK 재종류조직중적표체현저고우기재뇌조직중적표체(P <0.05)。결론:DEK 적과표체여성형세포종류적발생밀절상관,병차여종류적병리분급야밀절상관;DEK 표체개변,위성형세포종류림상진단、치료화예후판단제공료신사로。
Objective:To detect the expression of DEK in astrocytic tumors and analyze the relationship between that and pathology classification of astrocytic tumors. Methods:Immunohistochemistry technique was adopted to exam-ine the levels of expression of DEK protein in astrocytic tumors tissues and brain tissues and the system of image anal-ysis was adopted to detect the results. Results:The positive rates of DEK protein in each group were:astrocytic tumors (86. 6% ),pilocytic astrocytoma(66. 7% ),diffuse astrocytoma(84. 2% ),anaplastic astrocytoma(93. 3% ),glioblas-toma(100. 0% ),brain tissues(33. 3% ). The expression of DEK protein in each group by immunohistochemical stai-ning was:astrocytic tumors 23. 57 ± 8. 12,pilocytic astrocytoma 14. 23 ± 5. 31,diffuse astrocytoma 19. 52 ± 6. 68,ana-plastic astrocytoma 32. 12 ± 13. 56,glioblastoma 36. 92 ± 15. 61,brain tissues 11. 61 ± 1. 85. The expression of DEK in astrocytic tumors was significantly higher than in brain tissues(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The over - expression of DEK has close relation with occurrence of astrocytic tumors. The expression of DEK provide a new way for clinic diag-nosis,treatment and prognosis judgment of astrocytic tumors.
