目的：检测 CD24蛋白在鼻窦癌组织中的表达，探讨其与临床病理参数的关系及对鼻窦癌预后的临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法检测26例鼻窦癌组织中 CD24的表达情况并分析 CD24与鼻窦癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果：CD24在鼻窦癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织。CD24在鼻窦癌的阳性表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤分型、组织学分级无关，而与淋巴结转移、临床分期正相关。CD24是影响鼻窦癌预后的独立因素。结论：CD24表达可能提示鼻窦癌发展的恶性进程，其高表达提示鼻窦癌患者预后不良，有望成为一个新的相对独立的鼻窦癌患者生存预后指标。

Objective:To study the significance of CD24 protein expression in human paranasal sinus carcinoma and their relationship with clinical pathological parameters and clinical prognosis. Methods:The expressions of CD24 protein were studied in 26 paranasal sinus carcinoma samples by Elivision immunohistochemical(IHC)and to study relationship of CD24 with clinical pathological parameters and prognosis. Results:The expression of CD24 in parana-sal sinus carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues. The expression of CD24 was not re-lated with the age of patient,gender,tumor type,histologic grade,but with clinical the lymphnode metastasis and the clinical stage of tumor. CD24 was an independent prognostic factor affect paranasal sinus carcinoma prognosis. Con-clusion:CD24 may be related to the malignant process of paranasal sinus carcinoma. Over expression of CD24 indi-cates poor prognosis in paranasal sinus carcinoma patients. CD24 may become a new prognostic marker for paranasal sinus carcinoma.
