目的:探讨 FAP、TGF -β1蛋白在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用、表达及相关病理机制。方法:采用免疫组化法检测正常卵巢(10例)、卵巢癌(50例)组织中 FAP、TGF -β1蛋白表达。结果:卵巢癌组织中 FAP、TGF -β1蛋白表达显著高于正常卵巢组织(P <0.05);其蛋白表达与卵巢癌组织分化程度呈负相关(P <0.05),与临床病理分期正相关(P <0.05);卵巢癌组织中 FAP、TGF -β1蛋白表达增高与卵巢癌淋巴结转移及有无腹水相关(P <0.05);在卵巢癌组织中,FAP 与 TGF -β1蛋白表达呈正相关(r =0.605,P =0.000)。结论:在卵巢癌组织中,同时存在 FAP 和 TGF -β1蛋白高表达,其高表达与卵巢癌的组织分化程度、临床病理分期和转移能力密切相关,可作为判定卵巢癌发生及侵袭能力的一项有效客观指标,因此,构成了卵巢癌发生和侵袭的分子基础,并有可能成为卵巢癌治疗的靶点。

목적:탐토 FAP、TGF -β1단백재란소암발생발전중적작용、표체급상관병리궤제。방법:채용면역조화법검측정상란소(10례)、란소암(50례)조직중 FAP、TGF -β1단백표체。결과:란소암조직중 FAP、TGF -β1단백표체현저고우정상란소조직(P <0.05);기단백표체여란소암조직분화정도정부상관(P <0.05),여림상병리분기정상관(P <0.05);란소암조직중 FAP、TGF -β1단백표체증고여란소암림파결전이급유무복수상관(P <0.05);재란소암조직중,FAP 여 TGF -β1단백표체정정상관(r =0.605,P =0.000)。결론:재란소암조직중,동시존재 FAP 화 TGF -β1단백고표체,기고표체여란소암적조직분화정도、림상병리분기화전이능력밀절상관,가작위판정란소암발생급침습능력적일항유효객관지표,인차,구성료란소암발생화침습적분자기출,병유가능성위란소암치료적파점。
Objective:To investigate the role of protein expression of FAP and TGF - β1 in tumorigenesis and pro-gression of ovarian cancer and its relevant pathological mechanisms. Methods:We examined protein expression of FAP and TGF - β1 in normal ovary(10 cases)and ovarian cancer(50 cases)by the immunohistochemistry. Re-sults:Protein expression of FAP and TGF - β1 was significantly higher in ovarian cancer than that in normal ovary(P< 0. 05). Protein expression level of FAP and TGF - β1 were negatively correlated with histological differentiation(P< 0. 05),but positively with clinicopathological staging of ovarian cancer(P < 0. 05). Increased protein expression level of FAP and TGF - β1 were related to lymph node metastasis and ascites of ovarian cancer(P < 0. 05). Protein expression level of FAP was positively correlated with expression level of TGF - β1(r = 0. 605,P = 0. 000). Conclu-sion:Increasing protein expression of FAP and TGF - β1 was sociated with histological differentiation,clinicopatholog-ical staging and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer. These results suggested that up - regulated protein expres-sion of FAP and TGF - β1 participate in tumorigenesis and progression of ovarian cancer,which therefore constituted molecular basis of the tumorigenesis and invasion and might offer an important target for anticancer therapy of ovarian tumor.
