目的：探讨尤文肉瘤的影像表现特征。方法：分析经病理证实的21例尤文肉瘤的影像表现。结果：病变位于骨盆者14例，股骨者3例，胫骨者1例，脊柱者1例，肩胛骨者1例，1例发生在骨外。18例患者表现为溶骨性骨质破坏，边界不清，其中6例表现膨胀性骨质破坏，1例表现骨质硬化。19例患者可见软组织肿块，10例有骨膜反应，1例出现病理性骨折，1例骨外者仅见软组织包块。结论：尤文肉瘤影像学表现多种多样，但也有一些特征。X 线平片、CT、MRI 在尤文肉瘤诊断中各有优势，可以相互补充。

Objective:To study the imaging characteristics of Ewing's sarcoma,and to improve understanding of the tumor. Methods:The imaging findings of 21 cases of Ewing's sarcomas confirmed by pathology were analysed. Re-sults:The site of tumor:pelvis(14 cases),femur(3 cases),tibia(1 case),spine(1 case),scapula(1 case)and one is extra - skeletal. Most cases(18 cases)showed osteolytic bone destruction,with ill - defined borders,and bone expan-sion in 6 cases,1 case showed osteosclerosis. Soft tissue involvement in 19 cases,periosteal reaction in 10 cases,path-ological fracture in 1 case,the extra - skeletal lesion showed marked soft tissue but without bone destruction. Conclu-sion:Imaging appearance of Ewing's sarcoma is various,but it has some characteristics. X - ray plain film,CT and MRI have advantage.
